Payment Due

You pay, I’ll bake! Payment is required up front so that I can source ingredients, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too!

Delivery Clause

All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option if you live within Anchorage, Eagle River, Chugiak, Palmer, or Wasilla for an additional fee!

Pick-up Dates and Times

Delivery and pick up times are set upon ordering and your cookies are packaged specifically for the day you pick up, so put that macaron pick-up date in your calendar! The porch Pick Up fridge provides a contactless pick up option for your convenience, but any orders left after 48 hours will be forfeit. But take heart, they will be donated to hard-working military members on JBER. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out at least 2 days prior to your pickup time.

In a hurry?

While I can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 14 days will require a rush fee.

Weather Clause

If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be frozen for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather (darn snow), but I will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!

It’s All Yours Now

Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your macarons is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, keep ‘em cool, and keep ‘em away from hungry friends unless you plan on sharing.

Price Adjustments

All prices are subject to change. Prices are dictated by ingredient and packaging costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting macarons to my clients. This also means that I can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honor their old prices – darn it).

Cottage Food Laws and Allergies

This order has been made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Municipality of Anchorage or the State of Alaska. My kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free.  Macarons are made with eggs and almond flour, and the fillings may contain dairy, wheat, nuts, coconut, soy, or other allergens. It’s on you to notify anyone who’s partaking of this risk and agree to hold Wild Rose Macarons harmless for any allergic reactions.

Life Happens

If I’m unable to complete your order due to family illness or other emergency, I’ll refund you fully and let you know as soon as possible so you can make other delicious arrangements for your event.

Refunds

For custom orders, I can offer refunds 48 hours after payment has been placed if it is not a rush order. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your ingredients have likely already been purchased. But the good news – you get macarons!

While I want you to love my macarons, if you are not satisfied with your order, please let me know as soon as possible so I can determine if a refund or future credit will be issued.

Pictures are worth a thousand words

But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, they say the camera makes you gain 10lbs. I’m not sure if that holds for macarons, but the cookies in photos may not be true to size. I reserve the right to photograph these pretty sweet lookin’ sweets for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not want your macarons in the spotlight prior to your event, please let me know at the time you place your order. Your surprise is safe with me.

Inspiration

Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They are just that – inspiring. Your macarons may not be perfect replicas, but I’ll try to keep it close.

Equipment Details

Want that sweet Macaron Tower setup at your next event? If you request rental equipment such as a Macaron Tower, payment is due by date on your invoice. Don’t worry, I’ll send the deposit back to you once my stuff is returned to me in original condition within 1 (one) week of pick-up. If for some reason, you’re unable to return it within the prescribed time or it’s damaged I will be using this deposit to buy a new one. I will also gladly come and set up the macaron tower at your event if my schedule allows for a fee.
