Thanks for your interest! Subscription and Bonus boxes cost $26 per dozen and are limited quantities with no special requests or substitutions available. Custom orders start at $26 per dozen with a minimum order of 2 dozen. I don't keep pre-made flavors on hand. All macarons are made to order, just for you! All costs are subject to change.

For the best taste and texture experience, macarons should be stored in the refrigerator in an air-tight container and consumed within 3-5 days of purchase. Macarons can also be frozen in an air-tight container for up to 3 months, so you can enjoy them at a later date!

I offer a wide variety of flavor options! Check out the flavor section on the Macaron Order Form for my full list of flavors. Don't see a flavor you want? Just write it in the comments and I will get in touch with you to make your macaron vision a reality!

While I would love to accommodate all orders, my kitchen is open to all foods and I can not guarantee trace amounts are not found in my macarons. Please let me know ahead of time if there is a specific allergy request and I will let you know if I'm able to accommodate.

Head to the Monthly Macaron Club Sign up Form and fill out your info! If the subscribers list is full, I will add your name to the wait list and notify you as soon as a spot opens up! You will also be first in line for Bonus Boxes each month!

I only guarantee a limited quantity each month for the Monthly Macaron Club Subscribers, so Bonus Boxes are the result of any extra macarons that I bake or people skipping their monthly order. Bonus Boxes are also not guaranteed to have 2 of each flavor, but will have a full dozen!

If you’re already on the wait list for a Subscriber spot, you will get first dibs! Otherwise, I will announce in my Facebook group, and then on my FB and Instagram page when they are available here on my website for purchase.

Cottage Food Bakeries are licensed in-home bakeries, but are not subject to state or municipal inspection. All my recipes are in accordance with Food Cottage Regulations per the State of Alaska DEC and approved by the Municipality of Anchorage Heath Department.

Unfortunately, due to Alaska Cottage Food laws, I am unable to ship my macarons at this time. All orders are for pick-up in Chugiak, AK, but delivery can be arranged for a fee, subject to my availability. Delivery area includes Anchorage, JBER, Eagle River, Chugiak, Palmer, and Wasilla.
