Payment Due

You pay, I’ll bake! Payment is required by the 27th of the month prior so that I can source ingredients for fun flavors, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors, and the perfect packaging. This also locks in your order and place in line! 

Skip, skip, hooray!

Need to skip a month? No problem! You can skip up to 2 months during the year and keep your place in line! Just let me know before the 27th of the month prior and I will cancel your invoice for the month.

A third skip, however, will lose your place in line and will not guarantee you future deliciousness in the form of macarons. If requested, I can place you back on the waitlist for future orders!

Delivery Clause

All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option for an additional fee and based on my availability! MMC orders may have the option to pick up on JBER for no fee, subject to my “other work” schedule.

Pick-up Dates and Times

Delivery and pick up dates are posted in the Facebook Group. Please answer the poll each month to schedule your macaron fix! I have bulk pick-up dates to accommodate most schedules – so put that macaron pick-up date in your calendar! Your cookies are packaged specifically for the day you pick up. The porch Pick Up fridge provides a contactless pick up option for your convenience, but any orders left after 48 hours will be forfeit. But take heart, they will be donated to hard-working military members on JBER. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out at least 2 days prior to your pickup time.

Weather Clause

If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be frozen for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather (darn snow), but I will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!

It’s All Yours Now

Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your macarons is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, keep ‘em cool, and keep ‘em away from hungry friends unless you plan on sharing.

Price Adjustments

All prices are subject to change. Prices are dictated by ingredient and packaging costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting macarons to my clients. This also means that I can’t honor old pricing , but I will give you a heads up if that does happen.

Cottage Food Laws and Allergies

These macarons have been made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Municipality of Anchorage or the State of Alaska. My kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free.  Macarons are made with eggs and almond flour, and the fillings may contain dairy, wheat, nuts, coconut, soy, or other allergens. It’s on you to notify anyone who’s partaking of this risk and agree to hold Wild Rose Macarons harmless for any allergic reactions.

Pictures are worth a thousand words

But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, they say the camera makes you gain 10lbs. I’m not sure if that holds for macarons, but the cookies in photos I post online may not be true to size.

Life Happens

If I’m unable to complete your order due to family illness or other emergency, I’ll refund you fully and let you know as soon as possible.

Refunds

While I want you to love my macarons, if you are not satisfied with your order, please let me know as soon as possible so I can determine if a refund or future credit will be issued.

Once you’ve submitted (awesome) payment for your (awesome) order because you’re awesome, you’re accepting the terms in this document. Which is awesome because my macarons are awesome. Awesome!
